It says there are no leap break college, just it was full of them. Many children unattended.

not enough and not attainable seats at the puddle or beach. either rules of non occupying lord's day beds in accelerate is not enforced or people are really going at 7am to reserve their spot…past 8:30 no lord's day chairs are avilabe. ever.

"very relaxing, family vacation in a fantastic resort"
we actually enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sirenis, the staff were really helpful and friendly especially Walter and Argelia in concierge. The holding is very clean. the layout of the property is fantabulous, the food was very good particularly the Ala carte restaurants and the bbq on the beach. the beach is really overnice which is within a cove, the staff work so difficult on the beach to keep on top of the seaweed problem that they have on that declension. rooms are really big, we loved the wild fauna around the property especially the monkeys.

Non enough shade/chairs to get out of the sunday, and a couple of less impressive restaurants.

"Great stay at a big resort with many green areas and a nice snorkel-friendly beach."
The principal restaurant had a very unpleasant atmosphere. I was mode as well big and soulless and the acoustics was horrible. You could virtually non accept a regular conversation. And you weren't fifty-fifty allowed to sit outside on the terrace. This was the only existent flaw on this otherwise not bad resort. The food nonetheless was skillful.
The little square outside the coffee shop at nighttime with alive singing from the lovely cuban lady. Peachy atmosphere! Too skillful wifi throughout the resort.

"Beautiful grounds, ok nutrient."
Property is a bit dated and the rooms and pool areas need some upgrading. The beds weren't as comfy as I would like to. The food was a hit or missed. The specialty restaurants get booked fast then we didn't get to experience many of them. The Brazilian restaurant was slap-up. The remainder of the food was just ok. service was good and bad.
Beautiful maintained footing. The nature trail and wildlife is amazing. The staff is super friendly.

Check in was a niggling annoying as they did non reply to emails, nor requests for rooms down to the number of beds. This may not exist a local problem, as the local staff got things right.
The STAFF is unbelievable, the best ever. From the bar staff to the activity hosts to the room staff... everyone was incredibly squeamish and all-around.

I think the white grout in all the bathrooms was getting tired
many pools with unlike levels of interaction, from placidity near the juice bar, to busy and entertaining around the cenotaph bar.

"Amazing wildlife, wonderful cleaning staff and await staff who tin't do more for y'all. Food is average. Notwithstanding enjoyed our"
The reception staff and area isn't the best. Not efficient and not clear. I got charged before we got there, refunded only lost money during the charge per unit of substitution even though information technology wasn't my fault. Not happy with that. Also the food in the main buffet is of a very poor standard. The alcoholic drinks very sugary. Was told that there's no bus taxi only. the concierge make money on the taxis coming in which are extortionate. There IS a local omnibus. Wasn't great that there'southward a dolphin arena - just watch the cove and you'll understand why information technology'southward a no go.
The bar, restaurant, entertainment and cleaning staff were all exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The eating house staff went above and beyond and the cleaning staff couldn't have washed more for y'all. Sami in the chief bar was and so lovely and very friendly. The coffee shop was delicious!!! Bed very comfortable and always a beautiful towel brute left, small touches keep mode. loved the wildlife effectually the resort and information technology had a great gym!

The food was clearly geared towards a north american public. It is alright, you lot observe stuff to eat, only information technology is the stereotypical American dining hall with tons of fried stuff and not much in the manner of quality. It was a fleck of a disappointment because I really love Mexican food and I always ate very well in Mexico. This hotel still only doesn't serve local nutrient per se, just American food
The room was absolutely splendid, the staff was very sweet, the amenities were great. Plenty of space to park a rental automobile and plenty of interesting things to practise and encounter in the surface area (simply it requires a machine, zip is within walking distance from the resort)

"peachy experience, totally worth it"
it was huge, so sometimes it rained and more than shuttles would exist bully. and the white wine I mentioned.
Everything except their white wine and long bank check in. not the typical all inclusive, the location is astonishing, staff is super friendly, the cleanliness superb and top quality attractions. the all-time of grade the beautiful natural location

Concierge wasn't very helpful. Had some problems reserving restaurants included in the bundle. Requested assist with booking transportation to resort ahead of time and was not give whatever. Rules/procedures/levels of help seemed to modify based on who you talked to.
Cute, huge property teeming with local wildlife and tropical plants. Plenty of activities to do and entertainment to run across every night. Despite the many opportunities to political party and have a blast, the resort maintained a safety, family-friendly atmosphere. Great rooms cleaned/restocked daily.

I did not like the beach. I expected miles of beach to walk on everyday and that was not the case.

Just one day, the cleaning service didn't come to set up my room. But at the end of the solar day, it was just a minor problem and at the next morning they fixed it perfectly!
Amazing hotel complex! From the staff to the services, activities and accommodations they offer, everything was delightful! All meals are consummate with a great variety of food and drinks! Transportation to all corners of the complex are quick and effective! My time there was exquisite! Congratulations!
