Teen attacked in Texas Whataburger for wearing 'Make America Nifty Once more' hat

A 16-yr-sometime boy was verbally assaulted and attacked for wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat.

A video shared on Twitter shows Texas teen Hunter Richard sitting in a berth with his friends when an unidentified man approaches, throws a potable in Richard's confront, and so steals his MAGA lid. As the assailant walks out of the fast food joint, he yells, "You ain't supporting s***."

Twitter user Brax, Richard's s friend, shared the video on his Twitter account. He captioned the post, "Then went out for a 2am snack and my friend (wearing a MAGA hat) had his hat stolen and a beverage thrown in his face (and mine, you can see my arms on the left of the video)."

The incident happened at a Whataburger restaurant in San Antonio on Midweek morning time. A representative from Whataburger Corporate Communications tells Yahoo Lifestyle, "Nosotros were shocked to see this video and certainly don't disregard this type of client behavior in our restaurants. To be clear, no Whataburger employees were involved or witnessed the incident."

Richard told News 4 San Antonio, "I support my President and if yous don't let's accept a conversation virtually information technology instead of ripping my hat off. I just think a conversation about politics is more productive for the unabridged whole rather than taking my hat and yelling subjective words to me."

The teen said the attack was unprovoked and some of his hair was pulled during the assault. An alleged witness, however, told KENS 5 they saw the three teens in the video joking about 'hanging blacks' and killing off minorities before the attack occurred.

"They were talking about for the Quaternary of July hanging black people from trees that that would be the perfect party. Hopefully, with Donald Trump inside the next few years, we tin can gloat a white country, a existent country without blacks. Possibly we tin can deport them to Africa," he said to KENS v.

The witness, who decided to remain anonymous subsequently his family began to go death threats for speaking on the incident, besides said the teens mentioned that they wished the movie The Purge was real, but only against African Americans and Latinos. "They said they wanted information technology to exist legal for white people to kill whatever other race for the Fourth of July," he claimed.
